At Wenium, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality services to all our customers. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we have a clearly defined refund policy to set proper expectations.

1. VPS and RDP Services
We do not offer refunds for VPS or Windows VPS (RDP) services once they have been activated.
Activation of these services involves resource allocation and configuration, making refunds unfeasible. We strongly encourage customers to ensure they fully understand their requirements before purchasing.

2. Web Hosting Services
For web hosting services, we offer a one-week refund policy under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
- The refund applies only to the hosting service fees and excludes any setup or additional service charges.

3. Domain Registration
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.
This includes, but is not limited to, domain name purchase, renewal, or transfer fees. Domains are managed through third-party registrars, and the costs involved are non-recoverable.

4. Refund Process
To request a refund (if applicable), please contact our support team at support@wenium.com with the following information:
- Full name
- Order ID or invoice number
- Reason for refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- VPS and RDP services after activation
- Domain registration, renewal, and transfer charges
- Custom services or any services specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

6. Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of disputes or chargebacks, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate associated accounts. We encourage open communication to resolve issues promptly.

7. Amendments to the Policy
Wenium reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
